Depending on how fast your nails are growing, touch-ups are usually needed within a week.
The Polisher should be cleaned with warm water and soap and dried with a soft cloth. Do not use alcohol or solvents on The Polisher.
Our Oil pen is designed for re-use. We will keep you posted on when this is available.
We’re glad you asked. The abrasive material of The Polisher is made with harder, more precise materials than the traditional “sandpaper” buffer. The Polisher is a one-step process.
Our products are made all over the world. The Polisher is made in South Korea. The vegan leather case is handmade in China. The Cuticle Oil is sourced in the USA, prioritizing local growers wherever possible.
All of our products were made sustainably, with many of our products intended for use over a long period of time. All of the Bare Hands packaging and packing materials are recyclable and compostable. The Polisher is made with more than one material and therefore cannot be recycled. However, unlike paint-based polishes, it does not need to be disposed of as toxic waste.
Our products are cruelty free, we never test on animals. All of our products are vegan. Occasionally we partner with other producers. If you have questions about their formulations, feel free to reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org
All of our products are Sulfate and Paraben Free.
The base of The Polisher is glass. Fused to the glass is a blend of proprietary minerals.
The Cuticle Oil is gluten free.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We currently ship anywhere in the United States (Including Alaska and Hawaii)
We offer only one shipping option, which is standard shipping (3-5 business days). Please note that if you are a customer wanting to ship products to Alaska or Hawaii, your order will require a few extra days for delivery (about 5-10 business days).
For a single kit box, Continental U.S. shipping is $5.90
Your package is shipped via USPS with tracking that is sent to you in a confirmation email. If the package gets lost in transit, we will replace the order. Once the package is marked Delivered, we cannot refund or replace the order. Please be aware of the "out for delivery" email you will receive and be mindful of when your carrier arrives.
Upon shipment of your package, you will receive an email containing your package shipment information and a link to track the package.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds for the item's cost will reappear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of processing. Original and return shipping costs are not included in the refund amount.
We do not currently accept gift cards as a form of payment.
