Refund policy

To start a return, please contact us at support@barehands.us. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds for the item's cost will reappear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of processing after your product returns to us. Original shipping cost is not included in the refund amount. There is a $5.00 flat rate fee for return shipping.
