How To Use
Devoting thirty minutes once a week to this complete method will keep your fingers and toes shined, your calluses smooth, and your cuticles perfectly managed.
- Shine: Use the glass manicure polisher in short, firm strokes to activate a natural, lasting gloss on your nails. Note: The Polisher is equally effective on toenails for a clean, buffed look that lasts for weeks.
- Exfoliate: Use the glass foot file on dry skin to gently lift away calluses and smooth rough patches on the heels and soles.
- Nourish: Apply the Citrine cuticle oil to the nail beds of both fingers and toes to lock in moisture. Finish by gliding the Verbena Balm over the heels to seal the moisture barrier.
The Bare Hands Tip: Beyond the feet, use the Verbena Balm as a "day mask" for dry hands, elbows, or even lips for an extra layer of protection.
Key Ingredients
We use only high-quality ingredients that support the skin’s natural function— Designed to specifically regulate moisture in the thicker stratum corneum of the feet.
The Verbena Balm
This occlusive-forward formula uses natural plant oils, butters, and extracts: Cocoa butter is high in tocopherol content. (Antioxidant, collagen boosting). Calendula extract helps draw moisture into the skin. Beeswax’s soothing properties come from esters and free fatty acids, Castor oil is high in Oleic acid and works as both an emollient and an occlusive to soften skin texture.
The Citrine Cuticle Oil
Top notes of citrus and ylang ylang, balanced with an herbaceous base.
When cuticles and nails need deep moisture and nourishment, jojoba, grape seed, castor, and sea buckthorn oils work in sync to provide it. Rich in minerals, vitamins, EFAs (Omega 3&7) and plant compounds that can help support skin regeneration, stimulate wound-healing and protect against sun damage.
We never use sulfates, parabens, or cyclic silicones, and we never test on animals.

The foot file is designed only for calluses (which can be either on your feet or your hands). The Verbena balm is such moisture-locking superstar for feet which is also perfect for a leave-on mask for hands.

Q+A
Do both glass tools do the same thing?
Each tool does an entirely different job and should not be used interchangeably. Because the abrasive surface is designed for callus removal, the foot file can damage nails. Please make sure to watch the how-to videos when your kit arrives.
Do I need anything else at home for the full experience?
The Mani Pedi Pairing does not come with a nail file or clippers. We offer a Czech glass Nail File Duo in our accessories section if you don't have a nail file at home. We also offer carbon steel nail clippers as part of our Bare Hands Complete Care Gift Set.

This is literally the BEST non-toxic nail kit ever. Manicure kit makes the nails so shiny and gorgeous. The Pedicure kit makes your feet SO smooth. Just buy it, you won’t regret it.

First and foremost, the mani pedi paring is a spectacular system. The large pedi file works marvelously, removing callouses with a smooth finish and the balm is wonderful. The nail oil very nourishing and easy to apply with no greasy residue (not my favorite scent but I'll deal because it works so well). The glass polisher leaves my nails gleaming. The learning curve on the polisher isn't terribly steep, my first try I was able to get them nice and shiny, but at the right angle you can see horizontal scratches, like the buffing wasn't fully completed. I'm confident in the next few tries I'll get that mastered as well.
I would caution that this set does not include a glass file for shaping which you'll probably want to maintain the nails you've worked so hard to polish. The french tip pencil is sold separately too and just a nice touch for days you'd like your nails to look photo ready.

I'm so thankful for Bare Hands!
