The Details

Smooth and condition feet at home, naturally. The foot file and Verbena balm work in tandem to physically exfoliate and lock in moisture. The unique glass surface smooths with a precise abrasion, eliminating the need for harsh grating or odorous acid peels. The lightly scented stick glides across the skin and melts into an ultra rich oil that doubles as an all-purpose soother for hands, lips, elbows and more. Its paper push-up tube is a new, less messy way to moisturize at home or for a travel bag.

The Natural Pedicure is a perfect companion to The Dry Gloss Manicure. Purchase the Mani Pedi Pairing to get them at a bundled discount.

How to Use

Once a week with the foot file is a perfect cadence for quick touch ups to keep callus growth in check. Once every 3-4 days with the Verbena Balm to keep feet soft and protected.

What’s in the kit?

The glass foot file comes protected by a non-plastic silicone cover. This is paired with our verbena balm in an adjustable twist-up tube. Never-sticky application in a hands-free package.

The Verbena Balm Formula

We use only high-quality ingredients that support the skin’s natural function— Designed to specifically regulate moisture in the thicker stratum corneum of the feet.

Why it Works:

The Verbena Balm is an occlusive-forward formula, using natural plant oils, butters, and extracts: Cocoa butter is high in tocopherol content. (Antioxidant, collagen boosting). Calendula extract helps draw moisture into the skin. Beeswax’s soothing properties come from esters and free fatty acids, Castor oil is high in Oleic acid and works as both an emollient and an occlusive to soften skin texture.

Full Ingredient List:

Theobroma cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, CERA ALBA (Beeswax), Cocos nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Ricinus communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Vitamin E (dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate), Calendula officinalis Flower Extract, Cymbopogon schoenanthus (Lemongrass) Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil, Piper nigrum (Black pepper) Seed Oil.

We never use sulfates, parabens, or cyclic silicones, and we never test on animals.

Perfect in between salon visits.

Any pedicurist will tell you that consistent home care is what makes the most difference in managing calluses. Once-weekly for the foot file and once every few days for the verbena balm is all it takes to keep your feet in perfect condition. Not a salon or polish person? Get our Mani Pedi Pairing to get shined toenails AND baby soft feet.

Cheese graters are for cheese, not for feet.

Calluses are a challenge (we get it!) but we don’t want you to harm yourself with aggressive graters or harmful acid peels. Our foot file is designed to give you finely-tuned control over how much callus is removed. This is critical because too much callus removal can result in accelerated re-growth.

Feeling good about your feet takes just 10 minutes a week.

We know from talking with our customers that feet can be a really sensitive topic. And that there can be a lot of shame around showing your feet and even handling them yourself. This method gives you an easy, painless and elegant routine that you’ll actually look forward to.

    Astounding!

The foot file is the best thing I have tried yet. After trying so many different files, graters and pumice stones I did not expect much, but the file has surpassed my expectations and left my feet smooth for the first time in years!!

    so far so good!

I've had this product for about a month. the glass foot file is insanely smoothing and the balm hydrates without feeling oily. No complaints so far! I'm looking forward to being able to take care of my feet on my own instead of having to go to a nail salon for a pedicure. One tip that helped me feel less worried about accidentally dropping & breaking the glass nail file is doing my pedicure on top of a small towel! It helps keep the mess contained and prevents the glass from breaking if it falls :)

Thanks for the kind words, Corinne! And for that great tip. I also sometimes use a section of cardboard (destined for recycling) which makes for a super easy clean-up... Especially for quick dry touch-ups.

I want to shout from the rooftops!

I’m beyond pleased with this product and want to tell everyone I know about it! I will be gifting this many times over. I was skeptical but the results were impressive and instant! Using the glass file was actually quite intuitive and the balm was easy to use and has a beautiful, clean scent. Congratulations on an exceptional product with an equally elegant esthetic.

    Simple, great

Nice little kit! I love the smell of the balm. I do wish there was a separate little file for the toenails, but the large glass file is great for the feet.

Thanks for saying so, Meredith! If you are wanting to shine your toes, the polisher from the manicure kit does an amazing job.

Q+A

How often do I use the foot file?

Once a week is a perfect cadence to keep callus growth in check.

Do I use the foot file wet or dry?

We recommend you use it dry, so that it’s easier to see how much you’ve removed.

How do I tell when I’ve removed the right amount of callus?

When you’ve removed some dead skin and approach the skin that’s ‘alive,’ underneath, you’ll see it go ever so slightly pink. That’s when you should end your session. The objective is to end before you get to pink, but it does take a bit of practice before you’ll get a feel for it.

How do I clean the foot file?

Rinse the file with hot water after each use, using hand soap if you'd like. Place the polisher on a towel and pat dry gently— do not wipe with the towel, since the abrasion may damage the cloth fibers. Leave to air dry for a few minutes before placing it back in its silicon case.

kudos for the kit

I don’t even have words to describe my gratitude that this product exists. After one use, my mind is blown.
