How To Use
Embracing a natural manicure is a simple, soothing process. Follow these steps to achieve a lasting, polish-free glow:
- Prep: Use the orange wood stick to gently guide the cuticles back, clearing the nail bed for a clean, elongated look.
- Shine: Using the patterned side of the glass tool, move in short, rhythmic strokes across the nail plate. A natural, liquid-like shine will emerge. Limit full-nail buffing to once every week.
- Nourish: Apply the cuticle oil to the base and sides of the nail. Massage it in to seal the nail layers, preventing the dryness that leads to peeling nails.

The Oil Formula
The Cuticle Oil is offered with essential oils or without. Citrine, our light signature scent, has top notes of citrus and ylang ylang, balanced with an herbaceous base.
When cuticles and nails need deep moisture and nourishment, jojoba, grape seed, castor, and sea buckthorn oils work in sync to provide it. How often do I use The Polisher?
Once every one or two weeks, depending on how fast it takes your nail to grow back to 'dull.'
Will this thin my nails?
Our glass polisher uses precise abrasion which removes a superficial layer of keratin to create the shine. Over the course of a week (or two) your nail will regenerate and get back to its dull state. Allowing for this regrowth in between shines will yield the best results.
Does the shine take months or weeks to see a change?
Unlike skin or hair products, our method creates a high gloss shine on your first use. And without multiple steps.
My nails are damaged from repeated exposure to gel polish. Can this help?
Improper gel removal removes patches of keratin that creates that rough surface on your nails. If this is the case for you, the polisher will work to smooth them in as little as one session.
My nails are peeling or splitting. Is this right for me?

How long does The Polisher last?
If you buff once a week for your nails and once a month for your toes, the polisher will last about 6 months. With occasional use, it can last up to a year.

I’ve had a problem with biting my nails since I was a child. My nails have been weak, dry and misshapen for decades. I tried nail polish to hide the problem, which only made it worse. I have been searching for a natural manicure regimen to help my ridged nails and damaged cuticles. Straight out of the box Bare Hands has made an incredible difference. I still have a long way to go to improve my nail health especially to cure the overgrown cuticle area.
The glass file keeps my nail edges smooth and less prone to getting snagged. The cuticle oil makes a great difference in keeping my nails from drying out. My photos only show after two weeks, but I promise they were so much worse before.
