A professional-grade system to resurface, moisturize, and restore skin for naturally soft, healthy feet.
The Details
The Natural Pedicure is a minimalist system designed to smooth and condition feet without the need for harsh metal graters or aggressive acid peels. By pairing the physical exfoliation of etched glass with the deep, botanical nourishment of our Verbena Balm, this pedicure kit reveals soft, resilient skin through a simple, polish-free ritual.
The Power of the Duo
This set features two essential tools designed to work in tandem for total foot renewal:
The Foot File: A professional-grade foot file crafted from high-precision glass. It gently lifts away rough skin and calluses, leaving a smooth finish that traditional files can't match.
The Verbena Balm: A lightly scented, ultra-rich moisturizing stick that melts into a soothing oil. Designed for a never-sticky, hands-free application, it locks in moisture on heels and cuticles, and doubles as an all-purpose soother for any dry areas.
How To Use
Maintaining soft, healthy feet is a simple process of exfoliation and protection. For best results, follow this weekly cadence:
- Once a week: Use the glass Foot File on dry or slightly damp skin. Using moderate pressure, move the tool across the heels and balls of the feet to lift away dry skin and keep callus growth in check.
- Every 3-4 days: Apply the Verbena Balm to keep feet soft and protected. The hands-free stick glides across the skin and melts into an ultra-rich oil, creating a moisture barrier that prevents cracking and dryness.
The Bare Hands Tip: The Verbena Balm is an all-purpose healer. Keep it in your travel bag as a tidy, less-messy way to moisturize hands, lips, and elbows on the go.
What's In The Kit
The Glass Foot File: A durable, high-performance tool protected by a non-plastic silicone cover.
The Verbena Balm: Housed in an adjustable, hands-free twist-up tube for a clean application every time.
The Verbena Balm Formula
We use only high-quality ingredients that support the skin’s natural function—designed to specifically regulate moisture in the thicker stratum corneum of the feet.
Why it Works:
The Verbena Balm is an occlusive-forward formula, using natural plant oils, butters, and extracts: Cocoa butter is high in tocopherol content. (Antioxidant, collagen boosting). Calendula extract helps draw moisture into the skin. Beeswax’s soothing properties come from esters and free fatty acids, Castor oil is high in Oleic acid and works as both an emollient and an occlusive to soften skin texture.
Full Ingredient List:
Theobroma cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, CERA ALBA (Beeswax), Cocos nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Ricinus communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Vitamin E (dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate), Calendula officinalis Flower Extract, Cymbopogon schoenanthus (Lemongrass) Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil, Piper nigrum (Black pepper) Seed Oil.
We never use sulfates, parabens, or cyclic silicones, and we never test on animals.
Perfect in between salon visits
Any pedicurist will tell you that consistent home care is what makes the most difference in managing calluses. Once-weekly for the foot file and once every few days for the verbena balm is all it takes to keep your feet in perfect condition. Not a salon or polish person? Get our Mani Pedi Pairing to get shined toenails and baby soft feet.
Cheese graters are for cheese, not for feet
Calluses are a challenge (we get it!) but we don’t want you to harm yourself with aggressive graters or harmful acid peels. Our foot file is designed to give you finely-tuned control over how much callus is removed. This is critical because too much callus removal can result in accelerated re-growth.
Feeling good about your feet takes just 10 minutes a week
We know from talking with our customers that feet can be a really sensitive topic. And that there can be a lot of shame around showing your feet and even handling them yourself. This method gives you an easy, painless and elegant routine that you’ll actually look forward to.
Q+A
How often do I use the foot file?
Once a week is a perfect cadence to keep callus growth in check.
Do I use the foot file wet or dry?
We recommend you use it dry, so that it’s easier to see how much you’ve removed.
How do I tell when I’ve removed the right amount of callus?
When you’ve removed some dead skin and approach the skin that’s ‘alive,’ underneath, you’ll see it go ever so slightly pink. That’s when you should end your session. The objective is to end before you get to pink, but it does take a bit of practice before you’ll get a feel for it.
How do I clean the foot file?
Rinse the file with hot water after each use, using hand soap if you'd like. Place the polisher on a towel and pat dry gently— do not wipe with the towel, since the abrasion may damage the cloth fibers. Leave to air dry for a few minutes before placing it back in its silicon case.
How long does the foot file last?
The foot file has an abrasive surface fused to the glass which usually lasts 9 months and sometimes over a year (depending on how much you use it).
